PowerTel's Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) document is registered with the Australian
Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and sets out the terms and conditions on
which PowerTel provides telecommunications services to its customers. Please note that PowerTel is willing
to negotiate the terms of the SFOA with its customers on a case by case basis. It should be noted that
if any agreed change affects the level of risk assumed by PowerTel then the prices quoted for the services
may change.
This binding document outlines the rights and obligations of PowerTel and its customers. It offers
our customers reassurance because it explains exactly how we intend to perform and what is legally enforceable.
PowerTel’s SFOA document comes in two versions:
- Full version
- Summary version
