Paul A. Broad, CEO of AAPT

Paul was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AAPT in May 2007 and has since led Australia's third largest full-service telecommunications carrier into a position of strength in the wholesale, business and consumer markets. His appointment followed Telecom New Zealand's acquisition of PowerTel and Paul has successfully and simultaneously merged and integrated the two businesses to leverage the best of their individual strengths.

Paul's previous role was Managing Director of PowerTel, following 15 years of service as the Managing Director of some of Australia's largest energy and water companies such as EnergyAustralia, Hunter Water and Sydney Water Corporation
