We create strong business alliances with leading companies to offer our customers high quality, innovative solutions.

These strategic alliances focus on both technology and coverage. They are one of the many ways that we ensure all parts of our service are of an exceptional standard and that we have the ability to supply our customers with a total solution.

Take a closer look at some of the alliances we currently have in place:

  • Cisco Systems

The PowerTel-Cisco alliance has been alive since PowerTel’s inception in 1999. Cisco is a major supplier of hardware for PowerTel’s products and solutions, and Cisco equipment is a major component of PowerTel’s current network. This alliance assures the quality and credibility of PowerTel and the network on which we provide services to Australian businesses.

Today, PowerTel works primarily with Cisco in the development of data communications solutions for Australian business. These include PowerTel’s Traditional WAN Services, Ethernet and IP VPN (Integrated IP) Services as well as the provision of hardware for PowerTel’s network and for the development of telecommunications solutions.
  • BT

PowerTel's alliance with British Telecom (BT) gives us the ability to deliver telecommunications services to international destinations. It also allows PowerTel to offer a more complete solution to our customers, including connectivity to Australian and global destinations.

  • Macquarie Telecom

The Macquarie-PowerTel relationship is one of mutual benefit, whereby both companies have successfully improved their profitability as a result of the alliance. Through their voice alliance, Macquarie Telecom has become PowerTel's largest wholesale customer.

Such alliances help us in our mission to become Australia’s leading business telecommunications service provider.
